Terms of Purchase

Version 4, October 14, 2026. Seller: ISAI & CO LLC (brand name Excalibur University). Website: excalibur-university.com. By paying for a course, you agree to these terms.

This is an English translation of the Russian-language Terms of Purchase (the original; Armenian version: Հայերեն). If the versions differ, the reading more favorable to the buyer applies.

Summary
  • We sell recorded online courses. The lessons are the same for every buyer.
  • We do not review your credit report, give personal advice, write letters for you, or contact credit bureaus, creditors or banks. You do everything related to your report yourself.
  • Refunds: within 7 days after payment, if you have not opened any lessons beyond the first module and have not downloaded anything (§6).
  • Have a question about a payment? Contact us first. We reply within 1 business day (§7).
  • Important: §14 contains an individual arbitration agreement and a class action waiver. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days after your purchase.

1. About this document

  • These terms are an agreement between you and ISAI & CO LLC (brand name Excalibur University) for the purchase of an online course. The agreement is formed when you check the consent box on the checkout page and pay for the course.
  • You agree that we send the agreement, receipts and notices by email, and that your acceptance of these terms is confirmed by the checkbox on our website. After payment, you receive a receipt and an access email. The access email includes your order number, the version number of the terms you accepted, and a link to those terms. We keep the text of every version and will send it to you on request.
  • The courses are intended for adults (18 or older) who live in the United States.
  • These terms do not waive or limit any of your rights under the law, including your rights under the federal FCRA and CROA and under the laws of your state. If any provision conflicts with the law, the law applies instead of that provision, and the remaining provisions stay in effect.

2. What we sell

Online courses: recorded video lessons and PDF instructions. The Hard Inquiries course includes blank letter templates. The lessons are the same for every buyer. This is a digital product: you receive a personal right to view the materials (a license), not ownership of the materials themselves.

  • Hard Inquiries — $339. How to read hard inquiries in a three-bureau credit report, using an anonymized sample. What rights the FCRA gives you: when a credit bureau must reinvestigate an item, the process and time limits it must follow, and why an accurate item stays on your report. Blank letter templates that you fill out yourself, and a link to the free sample letter from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
  • How Banks Review Applications — $946. What a bank sees in a credit report. Which factors banks commonly consider when making a decision — general rules. How to read the terms of a card or loan: interest rate (APR), annual fee, penalty fees. Your rights if a bank turns you down: the adverse action notice with the reasons, a free credit report, and the ban on discrimination under the ECOA. The course has no lists of banks or their limits and no advice on where to apply.
  • Lesson language: Russian.
  • The courses do not lead to a diploma, certificate, license or profession, and they are not job training.
  • Laws change. We update the lessons, and updates are included in the price. Each lesson shows the date it was recorded.
  • The Hard Inquiries course is not sold to residents of Utah, Louisiana or Georgia. The How Banks Review Applications course is not sold to residents of Georgia. When ordering, you enter the state where you live and confirm it with a checkbox. If we learn that a course was bought by a resident of a state where that course is not sold (including when the state was entered incorrectly), we will cancel the purchase, refund the full amount and close access.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not review or check your credit report, and we do not accept it. Do not send us your report, your SSN or your account numbers.
  • We do not give personal advice, such as which items on your report to ask a bureau to reinvestigate, or when and to which bank to apply.
  • We do not write, fill out or send letters for you.
  • We do not contact credit bureaus, creditors, banks or debt collectors on your behalf.
  • We do not find or obtain credit, cards or credit limits for you, and we do not negotiate your debts.
  • We do not provide credit repair or credit services. We are not a lender, a broker, a law firm or a financial advisor.
  • We do not receive any compensation from banks or lenders for your applications.

You decide on and take every action regarding your own report yourself. You can ask a credit bureau to reinvestigate an item on your own, free of charge — you do not need the course for that. Learn more: Your Rights Under the Law (in Russian).

Our support team answers questions about access, payment and how the platform works. We do not discuss your personal situation. The lessons are general educational information, not personalized financial, legal or tax advice.

4. Price and payment

  • Prices are shown on the website and on the payment page in US dollars. The price is fixed at the moment you pay. This is a one-time payment: no subscription and no automatic charges.
  • Payment is accepted by ISAI & CO LLC through Stripe: card, Apple Pay, Klarna or Afterpay. We do not see or store your card details.
  • If you pay by card or Apple Pay, the charge appears on your bank statement as EXCALIBUR UNIVERSITY. If you pay in installments, the charges come from Klarna or Afterpay, and our name is shown in their app.
  • A Klarna or Afterpay installment plan is a separate agreement between you and that partner. The partner decides on approval, the payment schedule and any interest. A missed payment to the partner does not cancel your purchase and does not give you a right to a refund beyond §6.
  • Before paying, you check a box to agree to these terms. We record the order number, the date and time of your consent (UTC), the version number, language and checksum (SHA-256) of the text of the terms, the text of the checkbox, your state, your IP address and your browser.

5. How you get access

  • Access to the course is sent to the email address you entered at payment: usually right away, and no later than 24 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder and contact us.
  • Access is personal: one person, one account. You may not share your login, record the screen, download videos by circumventing the platform, or forward or sell the materials.
  • The course platform records logins, IP address, device, lessons viewed and downloads. We need this to protect your access, apply the refund rules (§6) and confirm that the course was delivered if there is a payment dispute.
  • Access lasts at least 2 years from the payment date, and after that for as long as the course remains available. We will notify you by email at least 60 days before a course is shut down.
  • You need an internet connection and a current web browser on a phone or computer.

6. Refunds

The 7-day rule

Within 7 days after payment, we will refund the full amount if you have not opened any lessons beyond the first module and have not downloaded anything. After 7 days there are no refunds, except in the cases listed under “When we refund at any time.”

  • How to request a refund. Email info@excalibur-university.com from the email address you used for the purchase. Include your order number or, if you do not have it, the date and amount of the payment. If the refund conditions are met, we send the refund within 5 business days after your email, to the same card or through the installment partner. Your bank usually credits the money within 5–10 days.
  • When there is no refund. If more than 7 days have passed since the payment date. If you have opened at least one lesson beyond the first module or downloaded at least one file: the course is digital, and access to it has already been delivered. The exceptions are in the next item.
  • When we refund at any time. If you were charged twice. If access was not delivered within 24 hours after payment — you may cancel the purchase and get the full amount back as long as access has not been delivered. If access stopped working through our fault and we did not fix it within 5 business days after your email. If the course materially does not match the description in §2 and we did not fix this within 10 business days after your email. If a course was bought by a resident of a state where that course is not sold (§2).
  • Installments. The same rules apply. The 7 days run from the date of the order (the day of the first payment), not from the last payment to the partner. We issue the refund through Stripe, and Klarna or Afterpay recalculate your payment schedule.
  • After a refund, access to the course is closed.
  • If the law gives you greater refund rights, the law applies.

7. Payment questions and payment disputes

  • Contact us first. Send any question about a payment or refund to info@excalibur-university.com or via WhatsApp at +1 (747) 368-9414. We will reply within 1 business day. This is faster than going through your bank.
  • Don’t recognize a charge? If you paid by card or Apple Pay, it appears as EXCALIBUR UNIVERSITY; if you paid in installments, it is a Klarna or Afterpay charge. Contact us and we will send you the receipt and order number.
  • Disputing a charge through your bank (chargeback). This is your right, and we do not restrict it. While the dispute is pending, access to the course is suspended. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, we restore access.
  • What documents we provide. We provide purchase records to the bank, Stripe and the installment partner: the record of your consent to the terms (time, IP address, browser, version number, language and checksum of the text of the terms, text of the checkbox), the order number, payment details, the access email, the log of logins, views and downloads, and our correspondence with you. You agree that we may share this information to resolve the dispute.
  • Payment after a dispute. If you reversed the payment through your bank, but access was delivered and you used the course, you still owe the price of the course. We may recover that amount under §14.
  • If you opened a dispute by mistake, withdraw it through your bank. We will confirm to the bank that the matter has been resolved.

8. Rules of use

  • The course materials belong to ISAI & CO LLC and are protected by copyright.
  • You may not use the materials to provide paid services to other people, and you may not resell the course.
  • The course teaches only lawful conduct. You may not use the lessons to give false information to credit bureaus, creditors or banks: you may ask for reinvestigation only of an item that you honestly believe is inaccurate or incomplete. The course contains no CPNs, no other people’s data and no schemes to get around the law.
  • If you violate these rules or §5, we will close your access without a refund. We will email you first, except in cases of obvious resale or mass sharing of access.

9. What we do not promise

  • We do not guarantee any credit score, removal of items, application approval, credit limit, interest rate, income or timeline. Those decisions are made by credit bureaus, creditors and banks.
  • The course is general information as of the date the lessons were recorded. Outcomes depend on your report, your actions and creditors’ rules.
  • The materials are provided “as is.” We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that they fit your situation.

10. Reviews

  • If we publish reviews, they are only reviews from real buyers of the course, and we do not change their meaning. We do not publish reviews that mention credit score increases, removed items, approved applications or credit limits, whether positive or negative: the course teaches; it does not promise results. We do not show reviews of other products or companies.
  • You are free to post any honest review of the course, including a negative one. We do not pay for reviews.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course, and we are not liable for indirect damages. We are not responsible for decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors, banks or installment partners. These limits do not apply in cases of fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to rights that the law does not allow to be limited — including under CROA, the FCRA and the consumer protection laws of California and your state (damages, punitive damages, attorney’s fees).

12. Personal data

What data we collect, why, and with whom we share it is explained in our Privacy Policy (in Russian).

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Each new version, with its number and date, is posted on this page and applies to new purchases. For a course you have already paid for, the terms in effect on the payment date apply. The version number you agreed to is saved with your order.

14. How disputes are resolved: arbitration and class action waiver

Please read this section carefully

It changes how disputes between us are resolved. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days after your purchase — see how below.

  • Negotiation first. If you or we have a claim, first describe it in writing: you to info@excalibur-university.com, we to your email address. You and we then have 30 days to try to resolve it.
  • Individual arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be decided by a single arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association (AAA, adr.org) under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. The hearing takes place by video or telephone. If an in-person hearing is needed, it takes place in the county where you live. If the amount in dispute is $25,000 or less, the dispute may be decided on documents alone, but either party may request a hearing. Your share of the fees will not exceed the amount set by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules; we pay the rest. The arbitrator may award everything a court could award on your claim, including attorney’s fees if the law provides for them. If the AAA cannot or will not hear the dispute, a court will decide it.
  • Small claims court. Instead of arbitration, either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the dispute qualifies under that court’s rules.
  • No class actions. Disputes are resolved only on an individual basis — not as part of a class, collective or representative action. If this limitation is found unenforceable as to any claim, that claim will be decided by a court, not in arbitration.
  • Many similar claims. If 25 or more similar claims are filed by the same lawyers, they are handled under the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules.
  • What goes to court. A claim for public injunctive relief, where the law allows such a claim (for example, California law), will be decided by a court, not an arbitrator. The court will decide it after the arbitrator decides the individual claims. The waiver of class and representative actions does not take away your right to bring such a claim.
  • How to opt out. Within 30 days after your purchase, send any clear written statement that you are opting out of arbitration to info@excalibur-university.com. For example, an email with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” or «Отказ от арбитража» is enough. The language of the email does not matter. To help us find your order quickly, include your name, the email address used for the purchase and your order number or, if you do not have it, the date and amount of the payment. If you opt out, disputes will be decided by a court in Los Angeles County, California. Opting out does not affect the rest of these terms.
  • Governing law. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. California law and US federal law govern the rest of these terms.

15. Language of these terms

These terms were written in Russian, and the Russian text is the original. This English text is a translation; we also publish an Armenian translation. If a translation differs from the Russian original, we apply whichever version is more favorable to you.

16. For California residents

You may submit a complaint to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
